Locate the black box on the machine.

Remove the two yellow capped wing nuts from the wheel bracket (1 wing nut on each side).

The bracket is now disconnected from the tank.

Turn the key at the top of the black box to remove the box from the machine. Lift the black box from the machine and lay upright to expose the solution pump.

Locate the two bolts on the outside of the machine. Using an 11mm socket wrench, remove the two bolts attached to the pump bracket.

Pull to remove the pump from the inner wall.

Using wire cutters, remove the plastic tie holding the unloader valve to the solution pump.

Pull to disconnect the quick connect as shown.

Locate the rectifier and pull to disconnect the blue wire and the red wire.

Using a flat tip screwdriver, loosen the screw holding the hose clamp in place. Pull to remove the hose from the pump.

Locate the green and yellow wires and pull the connector to disconnect it from the green wire.

The pump is now free from the machine. Reverse the process to install a new pump.
